CAN I AMEND MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
We may be able to change your order, but it depends on the stage of the shipping process that your order is in.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Our orders are picked and despatched quickly, so it may not be possible to cancel your order after it has been placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will attempt to process this.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Orders will be despatched using Royal Mail Signed For delivery and should arrive within 2-3 working days.
Orders placed before 12pm will usually be despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on Monday. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Mondays.
We are closed on bank holidays. Orders will not be despatched on bank holidays and weekends.
